Reality (2007)




This is the first album that launched Eddie fully back into the music business after a 17-year hiatus having been in the ministry in the Christian church. Eddie left the ministry while writing and recording this particular CD.

The original tunes on this album reveal a fresh new originality to Eddie’s format in producing. He’s always referred to his “Reality” album as his mold for what would become his signature sound in the studio.

As far as instrumentation is concerned, Eddie played some slide guitar on this particular album as well as playing every instrument on this work plus having done all the vocals and arrangements.

This CD is unique in the sense that it has 10 original songs on it whereas following this album he went to eight tunes instead. This was a breakout album for Eddie, which would prove to be his launching pad for future recordings.

Eddie’s personal favorite tune on this project is the song; “Under the Moonlight” which was an emotional instrumental ballad along with “The Angel Must Fly” which the lyrics were written about his niece.

There is a lot of diversity musically speaking on this album. The fan favorite on this work is the tune; “Rainbow Island Paradise” which received rave reviews from critics.
